- No need to buy furniture or appliances – everything you need is already here. This makes moving in easy, budget-friendly, and economical.

- Just a 3-minute walk from Motosumiyoshi Station and 10 minutes from Musashi-Kosugi Station.

When fully occupied, the house accommodates 5 Japanese and 3 international residents, offering a unique cultural exchange experience.
- Male Dormitory (3-person room): 60,000 yen/month
- Female Dormitory (2-person room): 60,000 yen/month
- Utility Fee: 15,000 yen (includes water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and basic supplies)
- Deposit: 20,000 yen (refundable upon move-out)
All rooms come with essential furniture such as beds, desks, and storage. Each bed and desk is personal to the resident, providing a focused space even in dormitory rooms. Shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and washing machine, so you can start your life here with minimal luggage.

シェアハウス運営だけでなく、国際交流会やオンラインゲーム会など、シェアハウスとは別のコミュニティも築いています。これが幅広く新しい人と出会える、このシェアハウスにしかない強みになっています。
●10年以上シェアハウスに住んできた経験があります。
これまで国内外で9件のシェアハウスに在住し、多国籍なハウスメイトと家族のような関係を築いてきました。異なる文化や価値観を尊重し合いながら、共に暮らすことで生まれるつながりのあらゆる可能性を実感しています。
●シェアハウス運営への想い
シェアハウスではハウスメイトと長い時間をともに過ごします。楽しいことも沢山ある反面、もちろん意見がぶつかることもあります。しかし、それを少しずつ解決していくと、互いの良いところも悪いところも知ったうえで、それでも一緒にいられる家族みたいな仲間になります。これはほかの環境では作れない関係だと思っています。
裏表のない、本心を晒せる仲間を作ることができるシェアハウス。これを人間関係が希薄な今の社会にもっと広めたいという想いで運営しています。
